How to get to BioForum 2009?
By plane:
The Lodz Airport offers plane connections with several cities in Europe. The airport of Lodz offers directly flight to:
- Dublin,
- Edinburgh,
- Copenhagen (through Bydgoszcz),
- London,

- Vienna

From airport it only takes 10 minutes for passengers to reach Piotrkowska, the main street of Lodz and four main hotels, as well as railway (Łódź Kaliska, Łódź Fabryczna) and bus stations (PKS Centralny), thanks to the advantageous location of the Airport. Convenient road connections ( 6 km from the city centre), as well as the possibility of using public transport, make this possible.
By train:

Two biggest railway stations in Lodz are Lodz-Kaliska and Lodz-Fabryczna stations. Details about travel by train in Poland you can find on www.pkp.pl (fill in the box in top-right corner, called "Wyszukiwanie polaczen" with the place from which you travel (z), your destination (do), date and time).
By coach :
Direct access to Lodz from the biggest Polish cities is provided by coach connections:

From the Lodz airport taxi is the best option and it is not too expensive or you wish take a bus L and change to 99 at Lodz - Kaliska bus stop.
From the railway stations Lodz - Kaliska You have to take bus 99 which goes to Manufaktura.
From Lodz-Fabryczna there is no directly connection.
There are two options to reach Manufaktura: take a bus L to Lodz - Kaliska then bus 99 which goes to Manufaktura.
Or take tram 9, 12 or 13 to Kosciuszki - Zielona and change to tram nr 2,3,11,16A
