Below you can find organization information regarding travel, delivery of promotion material and preparation of exhibition stand on BioForum 2009.

1. LOCATION
I kindly inform that BioForum 2009 - Central European Forum of Biotechnology and Innovative Bioeconomy will take place:
On 3-4th June 2009 in Hotel Andel's beside Manufaktura in Lodz, Ogrodowa street 17:
- Exhibition stands, Posters, Seminars and lectures - 4th Floor, BALLROOM
- BioPartnering - ground floor - BUSINESS ROOMS

2. 5th JUNE
On this day there will be accompanying event - workshops concerning commercialization of R&D projects, organized by Steinbeis Team Northeast (ScanBalt).
There will be no exhibition and poster session on this day.

3. AFTER ARRIVAL
Before hanging poster we ask you to check in to the reception of BioForum 2009 (4th Floor, next to entrance to BALLROOM - 'Registration of Poster Presenters') - to pick up badges and BioForum 2009 materials, and to sign participants list.

4. POSTERS
You could hand posters already on 2nd June (Tuesday) between 5pm and 10pm, and on 3rd June (Wednesday) between 7am and 9am.
There are special stands for posters - 95cm wide and 250cm high - which will be marked for you.
All the material - posters, leaflets, etc - could be fastened to poster stands ONLY with use of scotch provided by organizer in the reception.

5. Biobusiness BANQUET
Invitations for BioBusiness Banquet are available in BioForum 2009 CASH POINT.

Special information for BioForum 2009 Booth Exhibitors:

1. Available exhibition wall size is 95 cm (width) x 237,5cm (length). Suggested poster format is B1 (707mm x 1000mm). Other poster sizes are also accepted, they should not exceed the wall size. The same applies to any materials hung on the walls of the exhibition booth.


2. You can choose the size of your exhibition booth: 6m2 or 9m2. Additional exhibition space accessories and furnishings are available in our offer until 10 May. Orders should be sent to info@bioforum.pl (offer in PDF).


3. Please note that hanging posters and any other materials on the exhibition walls is possible ONLY using the sticking tape provided by the organizer.

   • It is important both for you as well as for your potential partners and customers.
   
   
   • Moreover, the content of the profiles is the basis for the BioForum 2009 catalogue which will be freely distributed among participants during the event.

2. Make sure that your profile is complete by 10 May. The information from the profile will be the basis for your company/institution description in the BioForum 2009 catalgue. Maximum length of the description is 6500 characters (incl. spaces)


3. In order to be issued a personal identification badge, please make sure that we have all the information about your company representatives. We need all the names of the representatives not later than 20 May . The names should be inserted in the appropriate field in the registration form ("Further persons"). You will receive your badge at the reception desk on the first day of the event.



4. From 12 - 26 May you have the possibility to invite other participants to B2B meetings (BioPartnering). Take advantage of the BioPartnering activity and make sure to book your meetings on time.



5. We would like to kindly inform you that BioForum 2009 - Central European Forum of Biotechnology & Innovative Bioeconomy will be held on  two days, 3 - 4 June 2009 in Lodz .



6. Satellite workshop "Commercialization of R&D projects" takes place on 5 June.  The workshop is organized by Steinbeist Team Northeast in cooperation with ScanBalt ( Germany ) during BioForum 2009. more..
   
   Participation in the Workshops is partially covered by the organizers - the cost for participant is 20 EUR.
